Candaba – a town in Pampanga
Cang engl.: Brother and Daba engl.: big earthen jar. The town is known for its farming and fishing industries with products like: tilapia fish, mud fish, cattle fish, crabs, shrimps, prawns, vegetable and water melons. It is popular in making “Buro” the fermented cooked rice placed in an earthen jars for fermentation.
